Our Bangkok showroom is by appointment because it is set up like a working design studio rather than a shop. Here is what a typical visit looks like.

Before you arrive

We ask for your project context: residential or commercial, room sizes, any drawings, and the pieces or brands you are interested in. This lets us prepare the right samples and have the right designer paired with you.

During the visit (~90 minutes)

A dedicated designer walks you through floor models, sample swatches, and the full configurator. We talk lifestyle, climate considerations, and budget. You leave with a written brief.

After the visit

We issue a fully-specced quotation within 48 hours, including authentic provenance from the manufacturer, lead times, and a delivery plan. From acceptance to installation is typically 12 to 16 weeks for Italian pieces.
